We understand that navigating the post-university transition can be daunting, not just for graduates, but for their families. At Vwizz, our primary goal is to provide a structured, safe, and highly productive environment to replace the uncertainty of returning home or moving to a new city alone.

Weekly Structure

We provide a light framework: Monday intention setting, an optional midweek sync, and Friday outputs. This keeps residents accountable without making the experience feel rigid.

Safety & Environment

Our properties are strictly vetted, fully furnished, and located in vibrant, high-opportunity city centers. We enforce clear behaviour rules to keep the atmosphere respectful and work-oriented. Drugs, hostility, and property damage result in immediate removal without refund.

Expectations & Supervision

While residents are independent adults, Vwizz acts as a lightweight supervisor and community facilitator. We step in proactively if someone stops engaging or is struggling to execute their stated goals.

To ensure residency cohesion and allow us to confidently secure premium property commitments, Vwizz operates a clear payment and cancellation schedule.

Payment Policy

• Leads secure their place with a small deposit.
• A commitment payment (50%) is due once the residency is confirmed.
• The final balance (~40%) is due 2 weeks before the start date.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available within the initial cancellation window. After that, credit will be issued in place of refunds.

Credit Transfer Policy

• Cancellations can be converted into non-refundable Vwizz credit, replacing any right to a cash refund.
• Credits are valid for 12 months.
• They can be applied to any future residency or transferred to another approved participant.

What Vwizz Is

Vwizz is a highly curated co-living environment offering 8 to 12-week residencies designed to build momentum. It is an independent housing and networking facilitator, not an incubator or a formal academic institution.

What Is Included

Included in your fee: accommodation in a shared high-quality property, standard utilities, fast Wi-Fi, and access to internal residency programming. We do not provide meals, transport, visa sponsorships, or direct job placements.

Liability

While Vwizz thoroughly vets properties and handles the master leases, we are not liable for lost or damaged personal property, or personal injuries sustained during the residency. Residents should acquire their own travel and health insurance before arrival.

We are deeply committed to protecting personal data and staying fully compliant with EU regulations (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Names and phone numbers: Collected through our WhatsApp onboarding flows to facilitate communication.
• People profiles: We use AI to synthesize stated goals, project context, and background into an internal profile so we can shape the right residency mix. No personal data is sent to AI.

How we use it

Your data is securely localized and never sold. We use it only to manage logistics, collect payments securely via Stripe, and match you with other people in the Vwizz network.
